Olympic:
7 x 2 Snatch off of high blocks, rest 60 sec

Conditioning:
On alternating minutes for 20 minutes:
5 push jerks @ 135#
ME double unders for 30 seconds

Results:
Olympic: worked up to 195# but definitely a lot of flaws.

Conditioning: About 50 double unders every round.
