Olympic
1) 5×1 Snatch from blocks at high hang (hip), as heavy as possible, rest as needed
2) 5×1 Clean from blocks at high hang (hip), as heavy as possible, rest as needed

Note: Take no more than 30 minutes to complete. You can use stacked bumpers as blocks, however, do NOT drop your loaded bar back onto bumpers. Drop your bar to the floor, in front or behind of your “stacked bumper blocks”.

Strength
High bar squat 5×3 @ 80%, 2-3 min rests

Note: Percentage is based off 1RM HBBS or 90% of 1RM LBBS.

Conditioning A
4 Power cleans EMOM for 5 min @ 60% of 1RM
3 Power cleans EMOM for 5 min @ 70%
2 Power cleans EMOM for 5 min @ 80%

    after seeing those boys on the CF games clean ladder, I need to step my game up
