1) 3-position snatch: 2 x 3 @ 75%, 2 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM, rest 2 minutes
2) 12 minute to establish max for the day, snatch balance

Conditioning A
100 double unders
Then
4 rounds
5 full snatch 135#/90#
10 chin ups
15 sit ups
Then
100 double unders

Conditioning B
2 x 40 m/yd sprints,
2 x 60 m/yd sprints,
2 x 80 m/yd sprints,
2 x 100 m/yd sprints,
10 m/yd “fly-in” for each, rest as needed

    Tuesday 8/7/12 3-position snatch: 4 x 3 @ 175# – 165# – 175# – 180# Note: My 75% did not feel comfortable so I dropped to 165# and worked up based on feel. 2) 12 minute to establish max for the day, snatch balance Note: Did not get a chance to complete due to start of MetCon. Conditioning A 100 double unders Then 4 rounds 5 full snatch 135#/90# 10 chin ups 15 sit ups Then 100 double unders Time: 11mins 10secs Note: The last 100 DUs is a fight… Probably the hardest part of the Wod.

  2. Skipped the lifting. Not enough time. Will probably catch up tomorrow.
    Conditioning A: 13:59. Had a very hard time breathing. All reps unbroken except for double unders. Very humid.
