1) 7 x 1 snatch off blocks at mid-hang (mid-thigh) @ >75% of Tuesday’s max, rest 90-120 seconds
2) 7 x 1 clean off blocks at mid-hang (mid-thigh) @ >75% of Tuesday’s max, rest 90-120 seconds
3) snatch grip rack split jerk: 15 minutes to max for day

Conditioning
6 x 90:90
10 dumbbell hang squat cleans @ 45/30#
5 handstand push-ups on dumbbells
1 rope climb @ 15′

Note: These are sprints. Do not pace. Begin successive rounds where you left off. For example, if you had 2 hspu’s at the end of the interval, finish the next 3 at the beginning of next interval. If you do not have handstands, do partial handstands with Abmat.
