2) front squat: 1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 75%, rest 60 seconds

Conditioning
21-15-9
deadlift @ 225/150#
box jump @ 24/20″ Games style

Midline
3×3 turkish get-ups 24/16kg, rest as needed.
