Olympic
1) 3 x 2 snatch long pull + 2 overhead squats + 2 snatch Sots press, very light, rest 60 seconds
2) 5 x 1 3-stop/segment snatch pull (mid-shin, above knee, hip) + 1 snatch pull, medium/heavy, rest 1-2 minutes
3) 7 x 1 snatch @ 85%+ of heaviest lift from Tuesday 11/20/12, rest 2 minutes

Conditioning
For times:
3 x 10 Froggers (video) + 400 meter run, rest 5-7 minutes, hold to 5 to 10 seconds

Midline/Skill
Take 15 minutes to work on one of the following skills:
1. bar or ring muscle-up
2. overhead pistols with bar/pvc
3. strict, kipping or ring handstand push-ups
