Conditioning
EMOM for 60 minutes, alternating between:
5 deadlifts @ BWT x 1.5
5 bench presses @ BWT
5 squat cleans @ BWT x .75
5/3 handstand push-ups
10/7 pullups
20 double unders

Note: For the weighted movements – deadlift, bench press, squat clean – women’s weight is 80% of the above formulas. For example, if bodyweight is 150#, the deadlift weight would be calculated as 150# x 1.5 x .8 for a total of 180#. Make every attempt to partner with an athlete or 2 of similar weight and use the average of your weights for bars. You may start anywhere in the sequence but the order of the exercises must remain the same.
