snatch: 20 minutes to max for the day, add weight first 6 attempts, then 3 attempts at max
5 x 1 clean pull + 1 hang clean pull, @ > 90% of max clean, rest 1-2 minutes

Conditioning
Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes (12 sets)
2 TNG snatches @ > 75% or as heavy as possible with good form

rest 3 minutes

10 UB double unders
1 muscle up
20 UB double unders
2 muscle ups
30 UB double unders
3 muscle ups
40 UB double unders
4 muscle ups
50 UB double unders
5 muscle ups

Accessory
Choose 1:
1) 3 x 90 second ME handstand push-ups + handstand hold in the remainder of time, rest as needed
2) 3 x 5 barbell cheat curls @ 30X1 tempo, heavy as possible.
