jerk: 15 minutes to a heavy, not maximal, triple (no more than 15 reps)

Conditioning
With a running clock:

On the initial minute:
3 minute AMRAP
back squat @ 40% of 1RM

then immediately to,

2 rounds
100 double unders
50 shoulder to overhead 95/65#
25 toes to bar

On the 20th minute:
5 minute AMRAP
10 alternating lunges (5 each leg) @ 95/65#
10 box jumps @ 30/24″

Accessory
NOT for time:
3 rounds
10-12 weighted Hug-A-Twinkie
10-12 weighted GHD situp
