2) 6 x 2 high-hang snatch (hip), as heavy as possible, rest 2 minutes
3) 4 x 3 snatch extension, as heavy as possible, rest 2 minutes

Note: The snatch extension is like the snatch pull however the arms do not bend and the emphasis is on the hips and legs.
