8am: met-rx bar, coffee (no sugar)
11am: 2 bagels w/ butter, coffee (w/ sugar), whey, creatine, beta-alanine, banana
3pm: pork loin (6oz), chicken wings, cauliflower/broccoli, rice (white), mixed greens, Snapple
