Conditioning B:

30 Muscle-ups

Oly work:
3 position snatch

Strength: used 135#
Conditioning A: 7 rounds. Dogged it on the push-ups and sit-ups. Strict form though. Sprinted runs. POSE method practice.
Conditioning B: Did EMOM x 5 of 6 muscle-ups.
Oly work: Used 115# x 3

1. Eggs, bacon, nectarine, bagel w/ butter, collard greens, coffee
2. primal pro whey, pistachios, pear, water
3. chicken, potatos (red), pear, water
4. whey (hydrolyed), orange
5. pretzels and Sprite
6. pork chop, collard greens
