Getting ready to lift some big weights…


1) 5 x 1, 3-position snatch, heavier than last week, rest 2 minutes
2) 4 x 1 halting clean deadlift + 1 clean pull @ 110%, rest 60 seconds

Note: During the pull portion of the complex, do not extend at the ankles. Keep heels planted.

3) 4 x 4 push press @ 10X2, rest 60 seconds

With a running clock:
initial minute: run 400 meters
4th minute: run 200 meters
8th minute: run 100 meters
12th minute: 1 minute ME burpees to target @ 6″+
