1) snatch: 20 minutes to max for day
2) clean: 20 minutes to max for day

3) 5 x 2 snatch balance, heavy but not maximal, rest as needed

4) 4 x 4 snatch-grip behind the head jerk, heavy but not maximal, rest as needed

Conditioning
Choose 1:
run: 4-6 x 400 meters, rest 3 minutes, hold to 3-5 seconds (perform on 400 meter track)
row: 4-6 x 500 meters, rest 3 minutes, hold to 3-5 seconds
bike (AD): 6 x 30 calories, rest 3 minutes
