snatch: 20 minutes to max for the day, add weight first 6 attempts, then 3 attempts at max
5 x 1 snatch deadlift + 1 snatch (just above ankles), 85-90% of max or heaviest “good” miss

18 x 30:30, alternating between:
ME burpee box jumps 24/20″
ME chest to bar pull-ups OR toes to bar
ME double unders

1) 70-100 Ab wheel rolls, partition as needed

Choose 1:
2a) 3 x 5 weighted false grip ring pullups @ 30X3 tempo, heavy as possible
2b) 3 x 5 weighted ring dips @ 30X1 tempo, heavy as possible
2c) ME ring handstand pushups + 15 second ring handstand hold
