1 snatch + 1 hang snatch (below the knee), heavy
10 lateral burpees over bar

Accessory A
Perform at 50-60% of RPE

1a) 4 x 10, 2-for-1 wall balls @ 20/14# to 10’, rest 2 minutes
1b) 4 x 2 minutes of triple unders, rest as needed

Accessory B
NOT for time:
3 rounds
10-12 GHD back extensions
5-7 GHD sit-ups
