Back squat, 3 x 5 @ 75%, 2 x 5 @ 80%, rest 2 to minutes

Note: Based on 3RM.

At a moderate pace, RPE of 60-70%, perform one of the following for 10 minutes:

  • Run
  • Row
  • Bike (Airdyne)

    Olympic: worked up to 305#. Felt heavy but not maximal. Was still able to get good extension… my arch angel.

    Strength: worked up to 293#.

    Conditioniong: Road the Airdyne. easy.
